The New Pharmacy is an original, independent, Heavy Rock band from Youngstown, Ohio. Formed in 2009, The New Pharmacy consists of 5 members,  Caine Piller,  Zachery Pro,  Hollywood, M.D. ,  Dexter Trim  and  Victor Adin  .

 The New Pharmacy formed in 2009 originally under the name: Dead II Me. The band underwent a few lineup changes and by late-summer 2010, the current 5 members were solidified. They began recording sessions at Conquistador Studios and released their 6 song, self-titled EP in May 2011. The band quickly gained local recognition and immediately began playing regional shows with nationally recognized Acts. 

 Further into the winter of 2011, The New Pharmacy showcased their music and appeared in "The Zombinator", an independent zombie movie filmed by award winning director Sergio Myers. "The Zombinator" was filmed and set in their hometown of Youngstown, Ohio.

 The identity of The New Pharmacy is controversial and has been taken many different ways. The band’s vision is to shed light on the dangers of excessive and irresponsible pharmaceutical advertising and distribution, which seems to plague much of our planet today. They propose music and the power of positive thinking as alternative treatment. 

 The New Pharmacy draws influence from a vast array of bands and styles. Individually, they are inspired by their respective life experiences, as well as the energy generated by their unique relationship with sound and motion.
Powerful, precise percussion and bass arrangements blended with intricate guitar riffs and almost haunting   vocal patterns make The New Pharmacy's sound heavy, yet light in the same breath. This uncanny ability allows them  to capture a diverse audience that is appreciative of their  unique sound, dominating stage presence, and experimental visions.

 The New Pharmacy hopes to go viral with their project by spreading the word of alternative, musical medicine to the masses.
Plans for 2012 consist of a new full length debut album release as well as a continuance of their self funded tour.
